A direct line to the person working on your car, and a written estimate before any work starts.
For most Ferrari owners in Massachusetts, service means one of two things: a long drive — or a trailer — to the dealer, or a general shop that's learning on your car. Ferraris need brand-specific diagnostics for even routine work: an F1 clutch can't be judged properly without a wear test, and most repairs end with a self-learning or adaptation procedure.

Inside Ferrari's 7-year Genuine Maintenance program? Scheduled maintenance on newer Ferraris is included at Ferrari dealers for the first seven years — we'll tell you, so you never pay twice. We're here for everything else: older cars, repairs, diagnostics, second opinions and pre-purchase inspections.
Something classic — a 308, 328, 348, 355 or Testarossa? Call us and we'll tell you honestly what we can take on.
The issues Ferrari owners actually bring in — and how we handle them.
On 360, F430, 599 and 612 F1 cars, a tired pump or an accumulator that has lost its charge makes the pump cycle constantly, shifts slow down and gearbox warnings appear. We test the hydraulics and read live data before replacing anything.
Traffic and low-speed driving are hard on F1 clutches. We measure wear with a diagnostic clutch test instead of guessing, fit a genuine clutch and run the self-learning so it engages smoothly.
A tick or chuff on cold start and a check-engine light are classic F430 signs — the thin-wall manifolds crack with heat cycles, and 360s and early 458s can see it too. We inspect both sides and replace with genuine parts.
Belts age even when the car doesn't move, so they're changed on time, not mileage — most specialists say every 3–5 years. On the 360 it's done with the engine in the car; belt-driven V12s like the 456, 550, 575 and 612 need it too.
Modern Ferraris draw power while parked. A few weeks without a maintainer can mean a dead battery and random warnings. We test the charging system, find excess draw and reset or update modules.
California, California T and Portofino roofs rely on sensors, hydraulics and sliders. We find the failed sensor, leak or worn part with factory-level diagnostics instead of replacing the whole system.
Front-lift pumps that stop holding height and door-handle motors that quit are common 458 complaints — diagnosed properly and repaired with genuine parts.
Brittle hoses, header tanks and tired water pumps on F430 and 458-era cars. We pressure-test the system and fix the leak before a seep becomes an overheat.
Engine, gearbox or chassis warnings — read with factory-level diagnostics, fixed at the root cause, and set up to pass the Massachusetts inspection.
Routine service and complex repair get the same approach: proper diagnosis, genuine parts, and a car that leaves right.
Oil, filters, fluids and brakes to Ferrari's schedule, a full module scan and the service indicator reset.
360 and belt-driven V12s — belts, tensioners and bearings replaced and cam timing verified.
Clutch-wear tests, clutch replacement, pump and accumulator, actuator and sensor faults — then self-learning.
458, California, FF, F12, 488 and later: fluid service, clutch health readings, adaptations and updates.
Cracked manifolds, oil and coolant leaks, misfires, coils and plugs, turbo and boost faults on the 488 and later.
Hoses, header tank, water pump and radiators, plus A/C leak detection, compressors and recharge.
Battery drain, charging faults, module resets and updates, plus spring recommissioning after winter storage.
Convertible hard-top sensors, hydraulics and sliders; 458-era front-lift pumps and valves.
Every module scanned, clutch wear read, service history checked and the car road-tested before you buy.
Most Ferrari work ends in the diagnostic system: F1 clutch-wear tests and self-learning, dual-clutch adaptations, module programming, service resets and software updates. We have factory-level Ferrari diagnostics in-house — DEIS for 599-generation cars onward and full coverage for the 360 and F430 — plus bench tools for direct module access.
Because we program at module level, we can work on any control unit on the car — engine, gearbox, body, gateway, cluster, infotainment and chassis modules — including new-unit programming, used-module cloning and the adaptations that follow engine and transmission repairs.
Every part is looked up by your VIN and ordered as genuine Ferrari OEM through authorized dealer parts channels — no knock-offs, no “fits-most” substitutes, no guessing about which version your car needs.
We'll always tell you when a repair is covered by a recall, your factory warranty or Genuine Maintenance — that work is free at the dealer, and you shouldn't pay us for it.
