Module Cloning & Programming

A 1:1 copy of your original module — flash, EEPROM, VIN and security keys — onto a replacement unit, or clean programming of new and used control modules to your vehicle.

Overview

Module Cloning & Programming in Massachusetts 🇺🇸

When a module dies, the dealer sells a new unit plus programming. We copy the complete data from your original onto a used replacement so it drops in and works like the factory part — no dealer, no online access, fully documented for the same VIN.

  • ECU / DME / DDE / PCM cloning
  • TCM · BCM · IPC clusters and gateways
  • FEM / BDC / CAS (BMW) · SAM / EIS (Mercedes) · KVM (JLR)
  • Used-module virginization & VIN adaptation
  • Boot / JTAG / BDM bench reads for locked units
  • TIPM (Dodge/RAM) & specialty modules

Available across Boston, Worcester, Springfield, Cambridge, Lowell, Brockton, Quincy, Lynn, New Bedford, Fall River, Newton and Lawrence — plus the rest of Massachusetts by mobile, in-house or mail-in service.

Questions

❓ FAQ

Cloning vs. programming — what's the difference?
Programming writes fresh software to a module and adapts it online, usually for a new unit. Cloning copies your original data onto a used replacement so it's a true drop-in with no dealer involvement.
Is module cloning legal?
Yes — copying your own module data onto a replacement for the same vehicle (same VIN) to restore functionality is legal. We don't alter VIN identity, mileage or emissions, and we document every job.
What if my original module is fully dead?
If the memory is unreadable we can't clone from it, but we can often program a used or new module to your vehicle instead. Send details and we'll advise.
Do you do mail-in cloning?
Yes — remove the module, ship it to us with your details, and we return a ready-to-install unit. Statewide and nationwide.
